ORDER

Challenging the order of suspension passed by the second respondent dated 16.02.2016, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3.Though a larger relief is sought for in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.03.2016 is disposed of by the (*)Second respondent on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the (*)Second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.5242 to 5244 of 2016 are closed.
