ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this petition, notice to the third respondent herein is dispensed with.
3. According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Earlier the third respondent gave a complaint before the second respondent. Based on that, enquiry has been conducted and after enquiry, the said complaint has been closed. Once again, the third respondent gave another complaint to the second respondent. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12035 of 2019 harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted and since the complainant did not appear for enquiry, the second respondent has closed the complaint.
5. Considering the fact that already complaint given by the third respondent has been enquired and closed, the second respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
