ORDER

This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to take necessary action, on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner dated 21.09.2021. 2.Even Writ of Mandamus for such relief will not lie, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner enquiry is underway in C.P.No.G3/2031/2021. He would further submit that the petitioner appeared several times and the enquiry is pending. The petitioner enclosed the photographs, which shows the illegal activities that has been committed in the area. 3.Since the enquiry is underway in C.P.No.G3/2031/2021, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the 5th respondent shall take further steps as nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

4.This petition stands disposed of as infructuous, accordingly. No costs.
