Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 29.08.2015 and 29.01.2016 and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to renovate the Government burial ground and construct compound wall around the Government burial ground situated at E.B.Road, Aavarangadu, Devakottai Town having T.S.No.7, Ward A, Block No.20, to an extent of 6665 sq.ft within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Leave is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause. No costs.
