This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records of the First Information Report in Crime No.126 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent dated 04.05.2019 and to quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondents police completed investigation in Crime No.126 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kumbakonam and the same has also taken cognizance in CC No.18 of 2021.
