The petitioner has a dispute with the fourth respondent in the matter of performing the petition mentioned festival. I am of the view that in the fitness of things a direction can be given for the disposal of O.A.No.22 of 2016, pending on the file of the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Tiruchirapalli. Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Tiruchirapalli is directed to dispose of O.A.No.22 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law after putting all the interested persons on notice. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. 2.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
