O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's wife, by name M.Safa, aged about 20 years, is illegally detained by the 3rd respondent herein, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the second respondent police to secure the detenue, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Earlier notice ordered. On 20.10.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the detenue has gone to Dubai to look https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P(MD)No.1504 of 2021 after her ailing parents and she is not illegally detained by anybody and seeks time to produce the detenue, through video conferencing. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today.

3. Today, the detenue and the 3rd respondent appears through video conferencing, on enquiry, the detenue stated that, since her parents ailing, she gone to Dubai to look after her parents, she did not illegally detained by anybody. Petitioner is also present and talked to the detenue.

4. Considering the fact that the detenue is not illegally detained, as alleged by the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
