ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.69 of 2022, dated 30.05.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.434 of 2023 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
