ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the third respondent to some other investigation agency in connection with crime No.29 of 2023 dated 08.05.2023 by considering the petitioner father's representation dated 13.06.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed and the case is pending in S.T.C.No.97 of 2025 before the learned District Munsif cum 2/4
Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari.
3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
