O RDER This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.1094 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet was filed on 12.02.2021, before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and the same was transferred to the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and taken on file as C.C. No.1205 of 2022 and the case was posted to 23.06.2023 for appearance of the accused.

3. In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
