ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Rmt.Teekaa Raman J.) The learned counsel for the Petitioner insisted upon recording of the order passed by the Respondent dated 31.12.2024. In paragraph 2 of the above said order, it is stated that pending disposal of the sessions case in A.No.207 of 2017 pending before the Mumbai Thane Sessions Court in respect of NRI Police Station Navi, Mumbai in Crime No.169 of 2016 in connection with the alleged offence in IPC as well as Arms Act, an interim suspension was revoked and the order is recorded herein. It is made clear that this order is subject to result of the sessions case pending before the Mumbai Thane Sessions Court. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed.
