Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to expeditiously consider and give a reasoned order within a reasonable time frame upon the representations given by the petitioner dated 10.11.2022, 12.12.2022, 18.03.2023, 28.12.2023, 04.01.2024 and 04.07.2024 to modify the impugned Layout of house sites in North of Railway Line T.P. Heard both sides.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in the layout promoted by his paternal uncle, his property has also been included. The petitioner therefore wants the earlier layout to be modified. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation and several reminders. The petitioner wants the first respondent to expeditiously dispose of his request.

3.The first respondent is directed to look into the petition mentioned representations and pass a speaking order on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the interested parties. This shall be done by the first respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order..

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
