Sy.No.8/2B6 situated at Pillaiyarpatti Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District vide Document No.1926 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020 and transfer the same in the petitioner's name and consequently direct the fourth respondent to return all original documents and other connected records in respect of the petitioner's other property in T.S.No.3029 and 3030/2 at Ward 6, Block 94, VOC Nagar, Thanjavur District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.11.2022, filed under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, for cancellation of the Settlement Deed executed by him in favour of the fourth respondent in respect of the property measuring an extent of 11,000 square feet, comprised in Old Survey No.8/2, New Survey No.8/2B6, situated at Pillaiyarpatti Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District, vide Document No.1926 of 2020, dated 28.09.2020, and for re-transfer of the same in his name, and consequently, to direct the fourth respondent to Page No. 2 of 5

return all original documents and other connected records relating to the petitioner's other property in T.S. Nos. 3029 and 3030/2, Ward 6, Block 94, VOC Nagar, Thanjavur District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Although there is a request for adjournment by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, who is none other than the son of the petitioner, considering the age of the petitioner and since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the fourth respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 21.11.2022, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
