ORDER

The petitioner's allegation is that the respondents 2 and 3 are interfering with the internal affairs of the petition mentioned society. 2.When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) clarified that a complaint was registered and CSR has been issued by the jurisdictional police. The respondents 2 and 3 inform the Court that they do not propose to interfere with the internal affairs of the petition mentioned society.

3.Recording the stand taken by the respondents 2 and 3, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
