This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 particularly the 2nd respondent to conduct 2/4

enquiry in relating to the fraudulent registration done by the 6th respondent with the influence of 3rd and 4th respondent office, knowing fully that the petitioner's husband is a unsound mind person, based on the false certificated issued by the 5th respondent by committing impersonation based on the petitioner's representation dated on 24.03.2022.

2. In view of Section 77-A of the Registration Act having been struck down by this Court in W.P.No.10291 of 2022 and Batch cases, dated 02.08.2024, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
