O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2022, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent herein has filed the above suit for the relief of permanent injunction. Since the petitioner arranged marriage for his daughter, he decided to sell the property. But, due to pendency of the suit, he could not do so. Hence, he prays this Court a direction may be issued to the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai to dispose of the suit at the earliest.

3. This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and the fact that the suit was filed only in the year 2022, the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai shall endeavour to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
