O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.543 of 2015.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, F.I.R. has been registered on 10.08.2015 in Crime No.543 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., and so far no investigation has been conducted. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that now the investigation is over and they will file a final report within a period of one month.

4. In the above circumstances, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.543 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
