PRAYER IN CMA(MD).SR.NO.54395 of 2019:

To allow the Civil Revision Petition setting aside the fair order and decreetal order passed by learned District Munsif Court, Aranthangi in E.P.No.48 of 2010 in O.S.No.72 of 1984 dated 10.09.2018 in so far as they relate to 2 acre 90 cents of petitioners comprised in suit 2nd item in S.No.298/2 (New Survey No.298/2B1 and 298/2B2) with an extent of 2.09 acres and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- 2/3

This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay and accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3.This petition is accordingly ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the revision petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the same "for admission" forthwith.
