ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members who had not involved in any alleged offences under the guise of enquiry forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.
