ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 04.01.2021, and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Sattur vide the letter in D.No.84 / 2024 dated 11.01.2024, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.8 of 2012.

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 04.01.2021 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in O.S.No.8 of 2012 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, it was extended. Now the learned Subordinate Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted 3/4

for disposing O.S.No.8 of 2012 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
