This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members by interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that based on the complaint lodged by the private respondent, the respondent police has conducted a petition enquiry as against this petitioner in C.No. 3002/SP/TNI/GDP/2024 and the same is pending. 3.On perusal of records it is seen that the nature of the complaint is a money dispute. Therefore, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner. In the event if any criminal case is made out, it is always open to the respondent police to register a case. 2/4
