Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 & R2 and the learned standing counsel appearing for R3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R4 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner alleges that without getting proper approval, the fourth respondent is putting up construction.

4. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation. The second respondent shall issue notice to the 2/4

fourth respondent and after hearing him, dispose of the matter on merits and in accordance with law. This exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
