Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, call for the entire records leading to the detention of the petitioner Selvamani, S/o.Palaniyandi, Hindu, aged about 19 years, residing in Malaiyappan Colony, Poongudi, Vellanur Post, Kulathur

Taluk, Pudukottai District and now confined in Central Prison, Trichy, vide detention order dated 08.07.2024 made in P.D.O.No.03/2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue, now detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.
