This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.150 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has completed the investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against the accused persons they filed final report before the learned Juvenile Court, Sivagangai and the same was taken on file in J.C.No.46 of 2021 and after trial, the trial Court has disposed the main case itself on 18.04.2022

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
