ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to take suitable action against the above accused and consequently provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members' life and limb based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.08.2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.183 of 2019 and during the course of enquiry, both parties appeared. The third respondent namely Balu @ Balasubramanian also appeared and gave a statement that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner that was also accepted by this petitioner. So based upon the undertaking given by the third respondent and accepted by the petitioner, it was closed and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
