ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent police not to harass him under the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 4th respondent, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.446 of 2025 and was closed.

3.The learned Counsel for the 4th respondent submits that taking advantage of the injunction granted by the civil court for Door No.48 the petitioner has attempted to encroach upon his property. 4.This court considered the rival submissions made. 5.The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner in civil dispute. According to the learned Government Advocate based on the complaint of 4th respondent an enquiry was conducted and enquiry was closed.

6.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police shall furnish a copy of the closure report to the 4th respondent to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
