Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in Refusal No.RFL/Kalayarkovil/19/2022, dated 11.08.2022, quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without any legal basis and consequently, direct the second respondent to register the settlement deed, executed by the petitioner in favour of the petitioner's wife. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 29.09.2022 and also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

2.Recording the abovesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
