ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the 2nd respondent to Expedite the proceedings in Na.ka.No.1782/2025/T7 dated 21.05.2025 against the 4th respondent for his building plan violation.

2. Such a writ is not maintainable since the authorities have to afford an opportunity to all the parties for the purpose of taking final decision and for removal of unauthorized construction.

3. In the present case enforcement action has already been taken, that being so, without causing any undue delay, the enforcement actions initiated must be completed by following the procedures as contemplated under the statute rules in force.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
