ORDER
The Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent No. 8 after dispensing with the notice to the respondent Nos.1 to 7 as there is no adverse order passed in respect of respondent Nos.1 to 7.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appeared for the 8th respondent would submit that the application filed by the petitioner in O.A.No. 35 of 2024 will be disposed of within a period of eight (8) months after hearing all the parties including respondent Nos.1 and 7.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appeared for the 8th respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 8th respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in O.A.No.35 of 2024 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Needless to state that the private respondents shall also be heard along with others, who are the respondents in application filed by the petitioner in O.A.No.35 of 2024.
