ORDER

This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action upon the representation dated 27.09.2021.

2.The case of the petitioner is that her husband, by name, Viju is doing construction work. He has been falsely implicated in 1/3

Crime No.53 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC. Later, it has been charge sheeted and the same is pending as C.C.No.9 of 2020. Thereafter, another case was also registered in Crime No.296 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 427, 342, 323, 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC. In crime No.136 of 2021, he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's husband is involved in 8 previous cases and now, he is in judicial custody. There is a proposal pending before the respondents to initiate action under the provisions of Act 14 of 1982 against the petitioner. 4.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this petition stands disposed of as no consideration is required in this petition. The petitioner's husband can redress his grievance through appropriate proceedings, if any trouble arises in future. No costs.
