This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 62 of 2022, dated 13.02.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 24.05.2022 before the concerned Magistrate and the same was committed to the Mahila Court, Theni and numbered as S.C.No.72 of 2022. He further submits that the case is also posted for examination of witness L.W.1 on 16.08.2024.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
