..Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to measure out the petitioner's 62 cents of property situated in re Survey No.G5/19/5, Neendakarai A Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District by considering his representation dated 14.05.2015 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to measure the petitioner's property situated in re-Survey No.G5/19/5 to an extent of 62 cents at Neendakarai A Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District by considering his representation dated 14.05.2015. 2.Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.Athimulapandian, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner is to pay necessary fees for effecting such measurement.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to pay necessary fees for effecting such measurement and as and when such fees is paid, the 1st respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of payment of such fees.
