To call for the records set aside the orders passed in Criminal Appeal No.178 of 2017, dated 19.09.2019, on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Madurai, confirming the orders passed in S.T.C.No.222 of 2015, on the file of Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.2), Madurai, dated 09.10.2017. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAXMAN.K.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no strong objection in allowing the petition.
