ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.136 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, has approached this Court that her husband is absconding and therefore, the trial has not been proceeded further. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the case is of the year 2024 and the same is posted to 15.07.2025 for the examination of L.W.1 to L.W.3. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the trial is yet to commence.

3.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available.

4.It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The grievance of the petitioner is that the main accused, who is the husband of the petitioner, is evading the proceedings by absconding. The respondent Police shall 2/4

ensure that the witness L.W.1 to L.W.3 are produced before the trial Court and the trial Court is expected to examine those witnesses on the same day. The trial Court shall endeavor to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
