This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the condition No.1 issued vide order, dated 14.08.2019 in Cr.M.P.No.2060 of 2019 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.25 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul.

3.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to set aside the condition No.1 against him. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to set aside the condition No.1 and the Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.
