For Respondent : Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 29 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, the respondent police is present before this Court and she has stated that during the course of enquiry, the defacto complainant and the first accused appeared before her. The defacto complainant expressed her unwillingness to continue the matrimonial life with the first accused and she demanded return of jewels from the first accused.

2. The dispute between the husband/first accused and wife/defacto complainant and earlier applications were dismissed by this Court, on that ground, serious allegation has been made against this petitioner.

3. On 01.09.2022, this Court considering the health condition of the petitioner's father had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and to co-operate to complete the process of investigation.

4. As per the direction of this Court, the petitioner appeared before the respondent police and during the course of enquiry the above said development came to light.

CRL OP(MD). No.15672 of 2022 5.In view of the above, interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute.
