Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the Hon"ble Principal Disrict and Sessions Judge (PCR cases), Ramanathapuram, to consider the bail application on the surrender of the Petitioner/Accused No.2 on the same day in connection with Crime No. 30 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, on merit on the same day.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.L.Prabakaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the respondent, this Court made the following order: The petitioner seeks extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4553 of 2018 dated 23.03.2018.
2.Earlier, this Court directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court, within a period of two weeks from which the order copy was made ready. But the petitioner failed to do so. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has some difficulty to appear before the trial Court within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he prays further time to execute the sureties and also to surrender before the trial Court.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time already granted by this Court is extended by two more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
