To set aside the order dated 28.02.2013 in W.C.No.94 of 2011 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation at Dindigul and the order copy was received on 11.03.2013 to the appellant. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.S.JOHNNYBASHA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay for taking steps for the deceased sole respondent. The sole respondent is already dead. The legal representatives are not impleaded as parties so far.

C.M.P(MD)No.8723 of 2021 2.In the above circumstances, to avoid further delay, this petition is allowed on condition of payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha unit attached to this Bench on or before 27.06.2022.
