Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MAYILSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.9435 of 2019, dated 24/07/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The petitioner is granted two more weeks from today to comply with the condition earlier imposed on the petitioner. 3.with this direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
