Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.R.A. RAMACHANDHRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.ANANTHA DEVE, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This court vide order dated 18.06.2019 has inter alia imposed condition directing the petitioner to appear before the appellate court twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m, pending revision. According to the petitioner, he has been duly complying with the condition of appearance.
2.This fact has been acknowledged by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3.This miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition for the reason that he is a coolie and he is a resident of Ambasamudram and due to his poor economic condition, he is unable to travel 55 kms from Ambasamudram to Tirunelveli, daily twice. Therefore, he requests to relax the condition and also to modify the directions to be given before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.7881 of 2019 trial court, in stead of appearing before the appellate court. 4.Considering the poor economic condition of the petitioner and also the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the appellate court daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m shall stand modified as under:
