ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who is facing a case for the offence under Sections 364, 302 and 201 of IPC, in S.C.No.68 2023 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, in crime No.116 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the victim girl and murdered her. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocents and he has not committed any offence as mentioned in the FIR. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 21.11.2022 and hence, he may be granted bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are 20 witnesses and all the witnesses have been examined. However, the investigation is still pending. The age of the deceased is aged about 12 years. Hence, he vehemently, opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
7.
