ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3. This Court repeatedly dismissed the anticipatory bail for the petitioner herein on two occasions and the present petition is the third application for anticipatory bail. This petition has been filed without change of circumstances, since it is a case of theft of river sand for four units.
