This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the petitioner's complaint from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent as per direction of the first respondent, dated 02.08.2022 and investigate the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, after receiving the complaint from the petitioner, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and found that the matter is civil in nature. Hence, the parties were directed to approach the Civil Court for taking further action and the same was closed. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the complaint has been closed, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate protest petition before the concerned Magistrate Court and take further legal action as per law.
