ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondents and not to interfere in the civil dispute.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in earlier occasion, the petitioner has filed Crl.OP(MD) No.3993 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15577 of 2021 2021 before this Court and the same was dismissed, based on the submission enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.23 of 2021, based upon the complaint given by the private respondent was closed on 03.03.2021. He would further submit that the petitioner is facing harassment at the hands of the second respondent stating that the property under dispute must be sold to the private respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no second complaint at the hands of the second respondent herein.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. If any trouble arises in future in respect of the very same cause, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. The second respondent shall not entertain any compliant from the petitioner for the very same subject.
