O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent Police not to harass the petitioner basing on the representation alleged to have been given by the unofficial respondents.

2. According to the petitioner, as there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent and the petitioner has filed O.S.No.133 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srirangam against the unofficial respondents seeking permanent injunction and the same is pending, however, on the strength of the complaint given by the unofficial respondents, the Police have been harassing and interfering in the civil disputes.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submits that the second respondent has made a complaint before the respondents Police and the same is registered as C.S.R.No.66 of 2023 and the enquiry was conducted and since the dispute between them is in respect of immovable properties, the enquiry was closed by directing them to approach the competent civil Court. 2/4

4. Since the representation is stated to have been given by the unofficial respondent was also closed, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
