ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct a survey and fix the four boundaries of the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.769/2B2, measuring an extent of 64 cents on the southern side, at Poomalaikundu Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2026.

2. Pending writ petition, the petitioner's request has been complied with and the relief sought in the prayer has been granted. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
