No.13099/2020 dated 19.11.2020 on the file of this Hon ble High Court.
Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SHENBAGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13099 of 2020, dated 19.11.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court by an order dated 19.11.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the order copy was made ready on 26.1.2020. He would also submit that the first and third petitioners are husband and wife, second petitioner is the son of the first and third petitioner and the fourth petitioner is the wife of the second petitioner and they all belong to the same family. He would also submit that the petitioners belong to poor family and unable to arrange eight sureties within the time specified by this Court, hence he seeks extension of time.

CRL MP(MD) No.7538 of 2020 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to furnish common sureties and time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
