This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the trial Court in Crl.A.No.57 of 2023, dated 03.04.2025 judgment passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi by 1/3

confirming the judgment of conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur in C.C.No.185/2014, dated 23.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
