ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.193 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 152, 196, 197(1) 352 and 353 of the Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhita.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner allegedly forwarded a post in the social media regarding the Pahalgam Terrorist attack. Hence the case was registered.

3. The petitioner submitted he had just forwarded the video. But it is seen from the records that the petitioner himself is a content creator and has created the present content. Therefore the claim of the petitioner is false.

4. It has become the practice to demean the army under the guise of opposing the government, which is a dangerous trend. Further the video is supporting terrorists attack. This will surely affects the security of India and the same cannot be permitted.

5. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 23-09-2025 KSA To
