Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in a case in Crime No. 197 of 2017, dated 16.11.2017 under Section 379 of IPC and file a Charge Sheet before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputur, Virudhunagar District within a stipulated time as framed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 197 of 2017, dated 16.11.2017, for the offence U/s. 379 IPC and file a Charge Sheet before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputur, Virudhunagar District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the vehicle stolen by the accused cannot be deducted till today and they have already filed "Un-deduction Report" before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the 2nd respondent to issue an "Non Traceable Certificate" to the petitioner, within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
